Haley was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and has been a part of Weichert Griffin for over 6 years. She is a dynamic leader in real estate marketing, recruitment, and training, known for her energy, creativity, and results-driven approach — shaping the company's brand presence, building agent success, and driving strategic growth. Beyond work, her greatest joy comes from her close-knit family — her mother Heather, her sisters Jaden, Riley, and Reese, and her supportive boyfriend, Tearris. An avid golfer, loyal football fan, and proud Razorbacks supporter, Haley approaches everything with focus, heart, and a winning mindset. She looks forward to helping you with all of your marketing needs!

Marketing + Brand Manager

Originally from Mena, AR, Lori began her marketing and design career in 2013, primarily in the retail space. Ready for a new challenge, she joined the Fort Smith Weichert office as our Marketing and Brand Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys time at home with her two boys and Goldendoodle, Mabel, along with cooking, interior design, and DIY projects.
